Dear customers, we ship our products in good conscience insured with our shipping partner DHL. Our shipping costs include packaging & handling costs as well as the general shipping costs. REFUND POLICY
We make every effort—especially since we offer upcycled, secondhand, and vintage clothing—to accurately describe all products, highlight any potential flaws, and provide the exact measurements of our items. We therefore encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions and take your measurements before making a purchase.
Of course, there may still be times when you’re not satisfied because a product you ordered doesn’t fit or isn’t to your liking. Don’t hesitate to contact us—together, we’ll find a solution. You are, of course, entitled to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
We'll refund your money right away. Unfortunately, you'll have to cover the shipping costs yourself if you return the item. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.
